Ed Watt


Ed Watt has over 35 years of experience in labor and employee relations, including arbitration, mediation, negotiation, training, and health and safety.

Ed has earned a Masters degree from Baruch/Cornell in Industrial and Labor Relations MSILR.


He has been appointed to serve on the following rosters: New Jersey State Board of Mediation, Arbitration Panel, Cornell University Panel of Neutrals, FINRA Arbitration Panel, New York City Courts Mediation Roster, Small Claims Court.

In the last ten years, Ed has been active on Subject Matter Expert research panels in Labor-Management Committees with the Transportation Research Board (NAS) and other stakeholder committees in the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), and the International Association of Public Transport (UITP).

Trained in Transformative, Evaluative and Facilitative mediation, as well as Federal Mediation and Conciliatory Services and American Bar Association arbitration.
